LRRWMO Meeting Minutes December 15, 1994 Page 2 Consensus was reached to authorize the Treasurer to investigate investing in Treasuries and the 4M Fund as a savings account after February 1, 1995. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the period ending November 30, 1994. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. , Submit Reimbursement Documentation for WCA Grant Jankowski noted the outstanding balance on the WCA Grant and stated he has documented seven hours of activity duectly related to wetlands administration. It was noted the following amounts will be submitted for reimbursement: City of Ramsey $450, Timesaver Off Site Secretarial $39, and Ban Engineering $176.38. Haas stated he will prepare his hours and submit them to Knutson. Ferguson advised that Coon Rapids staff member Kevin Ringwald works on wetland activities and is checking his records to see if any time related to the LRR WCA. Schultz stated he also worked on some wetland determination and will provide that information to Knutson. Consensus was reached that all members will summarize documentation for reimbursement through the WCA Grant and submit it to Jankowski who will complete the form and submit it for reimbursement. PAYMENT OF BILLS Knutson presented four bills for payment as follows: Timesaver Off Site Secretarial for $223.25, Bazr Engineering for $505.50 ($299.12 permits, $176.38 wetland administration, $30.00 administrative), City of Anoka for $92.35 (October/November, 1994) and Wurst, Peazson, Larson, Underwood & Mertz for $1,560 (January/December, 1994). PLAN UPDATE RFP PRESENTATION Barr En 'ngi Bering -Bob Beduhn and Bob Obermever Beduhn apologized for being unable to make the Ban Engineering RFP presentation at the last meeting, as scheduled. He introduced Bob Obermeyer, Vice President of Barr Engineering.
