. „ LRRWMO Meeting Minutes June 22, 1994 Page 7 CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder Jankowski reviewed the correspondence contained in the Chair's folder; MPCA Open House invitation, letters from Wench & Associates and the Radio Broadcasters, Inc. Informational - no action required. Cease and Desist Orders Jankowski reported that the following Cease and Desist Orders have been issued: #5511 and Restoration Order was issued to Craig Lee Pladson for activities at 6220- 169th Lane, Anoka (restoration .deadline is July 29, 1994). #3780 and Restoration Order was issued to Steven M. Fries, 2597-161st Avenue, Andover (restoration deadline is July 29, 1994). #3765 and Restoration Order was issued to Harris Delafield Stuart, 15921 Fox Street, Andover (restoration deadline is July 29, 1994). Certificate of Satisfactory Restoration issued to Becky Vein for compliance of 16412 Makah Street, Andover. Jankowski reviewed the letter received from Anoka County Highway Department regarding County Project 93-32-83, culvert repair on Armstrong Boulevard at the Trott Creek. He questioned whether this is exempt. Haas noted that the LRRWMO needs to certify exemptions. Moved by Jankowski, seconded by Schultz, to approve an exemption for culvert repair on Armstrong Boulevard at the Trott Creek as proposed by the Anoka County Highway Department. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays.
