<br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MAY 19, 1994 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m. in the Committee Room <br />of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; and John <br />Weaver, Anoka. Absent: Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids. <br />Also present was Anoka alternate Ray Schultz. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the April 21, 1994, regular <br />meeting minutes as submitted. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Due to Knutson's absence, Schultz presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending <br />April 30, 1994. Account balances for the period were: Checking, $10.00; interest bearing <br />savings account, $2,707.25, less permit account balance of $4,551.87, for a total available <br />savings account balance of $2,432.78; and certificates of deposit totaling $22,000.00; for a <br />current total balance of $28,994.65. <br />Weaver noted that expenses to date were "on track" and nothing appears to be in excess. <br />Jankowski pointed out that $128.50, Wetland Conservation Act, will be reimbursed through <br />the County Grant. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the <br />period ending April 30, 1994. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Due to I{nutson's absence, Schultz presented three bills for payment as follows: Timesaver <br />Off Site Secretarial for $206.46, Ban Engineering for $894.66 ($445 was for administrative <br />costs), and T.C. Field (insurance) for $125. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to authorize payment to Timesaver Off <br />Site Secretarial for $206.46, Barr Engineering for $894.66, and T.C. Field for $125. Vote: <br />3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
