City Attorneys for review and comment. <br />CONSIDER COMMUNICATIONS <br />Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder <br />Jankowski reviewed the correspondence contained in the Chair's Folder_including aCorp <br />of Engineer's grant for certain types of projects. He reviewed the two-step process for <br />consideration.of this grant, noting the percentage of funding available. Weaver pointed out <br />that the project needs navigation capability before the Corp has funding jurisdiction. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Fourth Quarter 1993 Reports -Andover Anoka. Coon Rapids. Ramsey <br />Not available; placed on March agenda. <br />Ferguson reported there has been some action between the cities of Anoka and Coon <br />Rapids on land within the LRRWMO district which involves possible annexation by Anoka. <br />Weaver reviewed the property involved which is part of a parcel north of ..Highway 10 and <br />west of the Riverdale Crossing Center. It was noted that both cities have agreed, in <br />principle, to this option. The LRRWMO briefly discussed the possible change in boundaries <br />and resulting change in LRRWMO dues. <br />PENDING PROJECTS/PERMIT REVIEWS <br />LRRWMO Application #94-02 -Rivenwick Phase II - Ramsev <br />Jankowski reviewed Beduhn's memorandum regarding his review of Permit #94-02, <br />Rivcmvick Phase II in Ramsey. The memorandum.. indicates the grading, plans meet <br />LRRWMO guidelines but he has concerns regarding the boat slip, specifically regarding <br />trash handling, boat fueling and accidental spills, shoreline erosion, and potential for erosion <br />during construction. It was noted that Beduhn recommends the Board approve the grading <br />plan portion of the development and withhold boat dock approval until these issues are <br />addressed. <br />Jankowski reviewed the proposed platting of Rivenwick, explaining it will contain about 40 <br />lots. He reviewed the sedimentation pond construction which includes an overflow pipe into <br />the River; and that some interior pond slope washouts still need to be addressed. <br />
