Weaver questioned the 1995 insurance costs from TC Field and asked if it was an increase over 1994. Knutson explained it provides $i million of liability and is the same net amount paid as last yeaz. He further explained that the LRRWMO received a refund in December. It was noted that this will be paid from the 1995 budget (after February 1, 1995). Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to authorize payment to Timesaver Off Site Secretarial for $281.54, Barr Engineering for $167.35, ABC Newspapers for $18.36, and T.C. Field for $2,427, as presented. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carved. WMO PLAN UPDATE PROCESS Mazk Lobermeier stated they appreciate the opportunity to work with the LRRWMO on the Plan update. He stated his understanding of their philosophy of the need to satisfy the Law to the baze minimum and provide guidance to member cities for development of their local plan.
