LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />January 19, 1995 <br />Page 8 <br />Haas suggested Beduhn be asked to send a letter to Johanson advising him of the options <br />and that he may have a valuable commodity. Haas suggested that the cost for Beduhn to <br />do this work be reimbursed through the WCA grant. LRRWMO agreed. It was also agreed <br />that Haas will get additional information from Beduhn regarding the conversion process <br />for discussion at the February 16, 1995 meeting. <br />Extend Recordine Secretarial Contract -Timesaver Memo <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to approve the Addendum extending the <br />Recording Secretarial Contract with Timesaver Off Site Secretarial, under the same terms <br />and conditions, to January 31, 1996. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Third Ouarter 1994 Reports -Coon Rapids <br />Coon Rapid's report not available; placed on February 16, 1995 agenda. <br />Fourth Ouarter 1994 Reports -Andover Anoka. Coon Rapids & Ramsey <br />Schultz presented the Fourth Quarter 1994 Report for Anoka. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to accept the Fourth Quarter 1994 <br />Report from Anoka, as submitted, and forward to Knutson the rernmmendation to release <br />escrows for LRRWMO Projects #93-13 (Rum River Shoal), #94-O1(Walgreens) and #94-05 <br />(AEP Phase 1). Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Andover, Coon Rapids and Ramsey reports not available; placed on February 16, 1995 <br />agenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Newsletter Article -Coon Rapids <br />Not available; placed on February 16, 1995 agenda. <br />Joint Powers Agreement -Update Re: Ramsey <br />Jankowski stated he will be meeting with Mayor Hardin next week Thursday. <br />Weaver noted the cities of Anoka and Ramsey will be holding a joint meeting shortly and <br />can discuss it at that time. He emphasized the need to resolve concerns and approve the <br />JPA. <br />
