This item will be placed on the August, 1996 agenda for consideration <br />at that time, if appropriate. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />The LRRWMO reviewed bills for payment as follows: Timesaver Off Site Secretarial for <br />$203.30 and Barr Engineering for $459.08 (7% planning, 23% administration and 70% <br />Permits). It was noted that $105 is eligible for reimbursement through the Challenge Grant. <br />Haas stated if Rosella Stonsteby does not remit a $168.26 payment for February Ban <br />Engineering administration expenses, Andover will pay the amount and certify it against <br />Stonsteby for collection through taxes. <br />Motion was made by Ottensmann, seconded by Weaver, to authorize payment to Timesaver <br />Off Site Secretarial for $20330 and Barr Engineering for $459.08. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Motion carried. <br />REVIEW PLAN UPDATE -SEH -EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Mark Lobermeier, SEH, reviewed the Executive Summary and Impact on Other Units of <br />Government sections. <br />Consensus was reached to make the following revision: <br />Page 5 -remove bullets and replace with information pertinent to LRRWMO <br />Consensus was reached to approve the Mission Statement and Philosophy as written. <br />Lobermeier distributed a Table of Contents showing the various Plan sections and dates for <br />review. <br />Lobermeier stated prior to the next meeting, he would like to talk with Bob Obermeyer, <br />Barr Engineering, regarding the LRRWMO permitting process and to get documentation <br />of that process so it can be included as part of the Plan update. He felt this could be <br />covered as a cost of the plan preparation and asked how the LRRWMO would like him to <br />handle this. <br />Weaver indicated he felt it should be covered by SEH as part of their Plan update fee. <br />In response to Haas, Lobermeier explained the LRRWMO is the only watershed he <br />currently works with that requires permitting.
