LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />September 21, 1995 <br />Page 7 <br />Moved by Weaver, seconded by Ottensmann, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-15 to <br />modify 5,440 square feet of Type H wetland area located at 3405-166th Lane NW, to Type <br />IV wetland subject to the six conditions as detailed in Bob Obermeyer's memorandum dated <br />September 15, 1995 with the special emphasis noted that the proposed sand layer to be <br />placed along the bottom of the excavated area must be eliminated from the proposed project <br />or the mitigation requirements of the WCA must be met. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion <br />carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-16 -Riverdale Church -Andover <br />Jankowski reviewed LRRWMO Permit #95-16 for the construction of Riverdale Church in <br />the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Hanson Boulevard and 161st Avenue in <br />Andover. The LRRWMO reviewed Obermeyer's memorandum and recommendation for <br />approval subject to six conditions. <br />Moved by Ottensmann, seconded by Weaver, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-16 to <br />construct Riverdale Church in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Hanson <br />Boulevard and 161st Avenue in Andover as submitted, and subject to the six conditions as <br />detailed in Bob Obermeyer's memorandum dated September 20,1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-17 -Rainbow Signs -Anoka AEP <br />Jankowski reviewed LRRWMO Permit #95-17 for the construction of a 340,000 sq. ft. <br />facility for Rainbow Signs to be located in the Anoka Enterprise Park 4th Addition. The <br />LRRWMO reviewed Obermeyer's memorandum and recommendation for approval subject <br />to five conditions. <br />Moved by Ottensmann, seconded by Haas, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-17 to <br />construct a 340,000 square foot facility for Rainbow Signs in the Anoka Enterprise Park 4th <br />Addition as submitted, and subject to the five conditions as detailed in Bob Obermeyer's <br />memorandum dated September 15, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #95-18 -Command Corporation - Ramsey <br />Jankowski reviewed LRRWMO Permit #95-18 for the construction of an office/warehouse <br />facility for Command Corporation in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard, CR57 and McKinley Street in Ramsey. The LRRWMO reviewed <br />Obermeyer's memorandum and recommendation for approval subject to five conditions. <br />Moved by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to approve LRRWMO Permit #95-18 to construct an <br />office/warehouse facility for Command Corporation in the northeast quadrant of the <br />intersection of Sunfish Lake Boulevard, CR57 and McKinley Street in Ramsey as submitted, <br />and subject to the five conditions as detailed in Bob Obermeyer's memorandum dated <br />September 19, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
