LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />June 15, 1995 <br />Page 6 <br />Jankowski explained Ramsey experienced some flooding in the mid-1980's and suggested <br />Lobermeier meet with the Ramsey Street Superintendent to identify those areas. <br />Lobermeier stated he will provide members with the flood maps for review and to determine <br />whether they reflect what has been happening or if there aze other azeas that need to be <br />addressed. <br />Consensus. was reached to do a water quality analysis of the pool to determine the effect of <br />development and to prepaze a chart showing the trend of this data. Members also requested <br />the data be converted into acres (rather than hectors). The determination was made that <br />on page 21, the Plan will acknowledge the Groundwater Protection Assessment recently <br />adopted by Anoka County. <br />Weaver requested Schultz provide Lobermeier with a map showing all of the public accesses <br />(page 30). <br />Lobermeier advised he will work on the language in the Plan to assure more consistent <br />language while remaining consistent with Statute 8410. <br />The LRRWMO will review the Goals and Policies section at the July 20, 1995 meeting. <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS <br />Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder <br />Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder. He <br />informed that while no action was taken by the Legislature to modify the WCA, everyone <br />agrees revisions are needed. <br />Informational; no action required. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Third Ouarter 1994 Reports -Coon Rapids <br />Ferguson submitted the Third Quarter 1994 Report noting no construction project activity <br />within the boundaries of the LRRWMO. <br />Fourth Quarter 1994 Reports -Coon Rapids & Ramsey <br />Ferguson submitted the Fourth Quarter 1994 Report noting one construction project, Boston <br />Chicken, where no mitigation was required and storm water is dischazged into their existing <br />storm drain system. Erosion control had been in place and the project is now complete. <br />
