_~ <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />NOVEMBER 16, 1995 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:42 a.m. in the Committee Room <br />of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; Ben <br />Ferguson, Coon Rapids; and John Weaver, Anoka. <br />Also present was Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate; Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer; and Mazk <br />Lobermeier, SEH. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to approve the October 19,1995, regular <br />meeting minutes, as presented. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending October 31, 1995. Account <br />balances for the period were: Checking, $54,462.74; less permit account balance of <br />($8,675.57), for a total available balance of $45,787.17. <br />Knutson noted expenditures aze on budget for all line items except permit review due to the <br />fact that 22 permits have been received which is in excess of the number anticipated. He <br />noted that he will present a revised budget to accommodate this change. He pointed out <br />several individual permits with credit balances and advised that the cities have notified those <br />parties of the need for an additional payment. <br />Weaver asked if the cities aze withholding a sufficient amount in escrow to give the <br />developers incentive to pay this credit balance. Jankowski answered affirmatively. <br />Weaver pointed out that much of the balance will be used for the Plan Update. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for <br />the period ending October 31, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
