_~ LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION NOVEMBER 16, 1995 CALL TO ORDER Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at 8:42 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. ROLL CALL Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids; and John Weaver, Anoka. Also present was Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate; Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer; and Mazk Lobermeier, SEH. CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to approve the October 19,1995, regular meeting minutes, as presented. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. TREASURER'S REPORT Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending October 31, 1995. Account balances for the period were: Checking, $54,462.74; less permit account balance of ($8,675.57), for a total available balance of $45,787.17. Knutson noted expenditures aze on budget for all line items except permit review due to the fact that 22 permits have been received which is in excess of the number anticipated. He noted that he will present a revised budget to accommodate this change. He pointed out several individual permits with credit balances and advised that the cities have notified those parties of the need for an additional payment. Weaver asked if the cities aze withholding a sufficient amount in escrow to give the developers incentive to pay this credit balance. Jankowski answered affirmatively. Weaver pointed out that much of the balance will be used for the Plan Update. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the period ending October 31, 1995. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
