r <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />February 16, 1995 <br />Page 3 <br />It was noted that more than $1,200 was reimbursed in 1994 from the WCA Grant and about <br />$3,000 is available in 1995. The bulk of this reimbursement resulted from work conducted <br />by Andover and Ramsey. <br />Ferguson commented that if acting as a consultant, the costs should be reimbursed for all <br />work whether related to the WCA or not. <br />The LRRWMO agreed with Schultz' suggestion that those cities make a request to the <br />LRRWMO for reimbursement (via credit towards dues), and that it be considered on a <br />case-by-case basis. <br />Resolution Desi ng aring Official Depositories & Si~nees <br />Knutson explained a Resolution designating the official depositories and signees needs to <br />be adopted at the first meeting of the new fiscal year. He reviewed the financial institutions <br />included for investment purposes. It was noted that two signatures are required for each <br />check. <br />Weaver extended his appreciation to Knutson for handling the LRRWMO's financial <br />matters so expeditiously. All members concurred. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to adopt Resolution No. 95-O1 Designation of <br />Official Depositories and Signees. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />1994 Annual Audit and Report <br />Knutson noted he needs to schedule time for the auditor to conduct the annual audit and <br />report which are due within 120 days of fiscal close. He recommended that Bruce Sigfried, <br />who charges $500, be hired to conduct the 1994 audit since other quotes obtained are much <br />higher. <br />LRRWMO members concurred. This item will be placed on the April agenda for review of <br />the report draft, and on the May agenda for approval of the final report and audit. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Knutson presented three bills for payment as follows: Timesaver Off Site Secretarial for <br />$324.78, Barr Engineering for $908.37 (89% permits, 11% administrative), and City of <br />Anoka for $130.97 (December, 1994 and January 1995). <br />Haas requested that he receive a copy of all Barr Engineering fees for work with Rosella <br />Stonsteby so he can forward them to her for payment. <br />
