<br />• LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />DECEMBER 19,1996 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Steve Jankowski called the rneetmg to order at 8:38 a.m in the Committee Room of Anoka <br />City Hall. <br />ROLL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ramsey; Todd Haas, Andover; Ben Ferguson, Coon <br />Rapids; and John Weaver, Anoka. <br />Also present were Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate; and Jim Knutson, Deputy Treasurer. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the November 21,1996, regular <br />meeting minutes as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />• FINANCE MATTERS <br />Traacttre-r'S Ren~Oit <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer's Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements and the Treasurer's <br />Report for the period ending November 30, 1996. Account balances for the period were: Checking, <br />$63,207.65; less permit account balance of ($11,964.04), for a total balance of $51,243.61. He <br />explained the how the 4-M Plus Fund, which is restricted to municipal agency use, obtains a higher <br />interest on unused balances. <br />Weaver noted the City of Anoka received a bill from SEH for their participation at an Anoka City <br />Council meeting for $520. Haas reported that the City of Andover received a similaz bill. <br />Motion was made by W eaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the <br />period ending November 30,1996. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays.
