Lobermeier stated he believes it will be a small group in attendance, some for information and some with the view that this may be an infringement on their rights and more government. Jankowski noted this open house will be televised which may generate more interest. It was agreed that questions and issues raised will be noted and perhaps a follow up newspaper article published. This aspect will be noted in the Plan Update in relation to public input. Lobermeier advised the Plan is 95% complete with the Implementation Program in need of detailed review and discussion to determine and include costs. He estimated completion of this process will bring the process up to the submittal date. Haas asked if the Plan document will be reviewed by member City Councils prior to adoption. Lobermeier stated this is correct plus an official public hearing will be held, as required. Review of Implementation Plan will continue at March 21,1996 meeting. Broadcast and Tape Open House It was noted that Teny O'Connell, Meredith Cable, has indicated he will broadcast the February 22, 1996 Open House and provide video tapes for later broadcast by member cities at no chazge. Consensus was reached to accept the offer of Meredith Cable to broadcast the meeting and provide video tapes. Publish Meeting Aeendas It was noted that the LRRWMO agendas can be published in the Anoka County Union and Coon Rapids Herald, at no cost, if submitted by Monday of the preceding week prior to 5 p.m. Lobermeier stated this is also part of the public education portion of the Plan. Consensus was reached to direct the Administrative Secretary to submit a tentative agenda for publication in both the Anoka County Union and Coon Rapids Herald, and also broadcast on local community cable television channels. CONSIDERATION OF COMMTJNICATIONS Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder n U n LJ Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder and noted the • Anoka County letter regazding follow up of their groundwater protection study which they intend to function as a "living document" subject to updates and modifications. Jankowski provided a copy of this document to Weaver since all others had received the copy sent to their city.
