• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes
November 21, 1996
Page 7
Weaver asked if this is "normal" (to pay for a project prior to completion). Lobermeier stated they
want to get paid for what they have done. 7ankowski stated Ramsey has paid invoices for the total
amount of the contract while work continued on the project. Haas stated Andover does not pay until
the project is 100% completed. Ferguson stated he would have to review the contract to determine
how it is worded. Lobermeier stated the contract is based on hourly rate plus costs to-date with a
not-to-exceed figure.
Weaver suggested this request be considered at the next meeting.
Lobermeier reviewed that SEH will bill Andover and Anoka separately for attendance at their Council
meetings, will invoice for the seven meetings authorized by the LRRWMO for payment, and will
submit a recommendation on the minimum number of meetings to get the Plan through the process.
He requested the LRRWMO consider payment on the full amount next month.
Haas asked if the Plan could be put in a 3-ring binder for ease of making revisions or making copies
of selected pages. Lobermeier stated the final Plan will be in 3-ring binders and the GBC binding is
• used on draft plans to assure they remain intact with all pages intended. He noted that the Plan for
agency review will be "clean" without edits being indicated.
Lobermeier thanked the LRRWMO for this consideration and stated he will make Agency submission
the first week in December.
Receipt of Educational Videos
The LRRWMO noted receipt of the "Keeping Our Shores" Shoreland Best Management Practices
and "Water Conservation -Managing Our Precious Liquid Asset" videos and educational pamphlets.
The Administrative Secretary was asked to contact the cable television companies and request
they broadcast these videos as often as possible (with a byline indicating it is sponsored by the
LRRWMO).
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to adjourn the meeting. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays.
Motion carried. Time of adjournment: 10:15 a.m.
Respectfiilly submitted,
• Cazla Wirth
Administrative Secretary
