With regazd to the draft budget for 1997, he advised it includes
no activities identified in the Plan update.
Treasurer's Report
Knutson presented the Treasurer's Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements and the Treasurer's
Report for the period ending August 31, 1996. Account balances for the period were: Checking,
$66,378.32; less permit account balance of ($11,617.65), for a total balance of $54,760.67.
Knutson noted several permits which are in azreazs. Haas indicated he will contact those developers
for an additional payment and will also contact Obermeyer to conduct a final inspection of several
projects so those permits can be closed out.
• Weaver noted the available balance of $54,760 and pointed out that if all items in the present budget
are spent, it would leave about $39,600 as an accumulated excess reserve. Knutson stated this is
correct.
Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Weaver, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the
period ending August 31,1996. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays.
