The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />must be contacted to determine if permits from these agencies are required. <br />9. The low floor elevation of the proposed structure on Lot 1, Block Z, must be raised to <br />a minimum of 891.1, which is one foot above the flood elevation of Basin 8, or to an <br />elevation that is one foot above the water surface elevation of the outlet from Basin 5, <br />whichever elevation is highest. <br />10. The low floor elevation of the proposed structure on Lot 4, Block 1, must be set a <br />minimum of one foot above the surface overflow elevation from Basin C. This surface <br />overflow elevation is not shown on the construction documents. <br />11. The plans show that Pond D is to discharge to Basin 7. The information submitted <br />indicates a flood elevation of Pond D as 884.2 and Basin 7 as 884.8 M.S.L. The <br />upstream flood elevation, for management purposes, must be raised to a minimum of <br />884.8 M.S.L., the downstream flood elevation. <br />Vote: 4ayes - 0 nays.
