Coon Rapids & Ramsey <br />Andover, Anoka, Coon Rapids, and Ramsey Second Quarter 1996 Reports not available; <br />placed on August 15, 1996 meeting agenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #96-7 -Hunters Hollow -Andover <br />i <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the July 16, 1996 memorandum from LRRWMO Consulting Engineer Bob • <br />Obermeyer regarding his review of the plans and permit application for site grading and utility <br />installation for the Hunter's Hollow development of an 80 acre pazcel located at Round Lake <br />Boulevard and 104th Lane in Andover and his recommendation for approval subject to eleven <br />conditions. Haas noted these aze general comments from Obermeyer. <br />Motion by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve LRRWMO Permit #96-07 for the site <br />grading and utility installation of Hunter's Hollow development in Andover subject to: <br />1. The erosion control measures must be constructed at the initial stages of construction <br />and be maintained until all areas altered on the site have been restored. <br />2. The applicant should be advised that a NPDES Construction permit is also required <br />from the MPCA. <br />3. At the entryways on to the site, rock filter dikes being a minimum of 2 feet in height <br />and having maximum side slope of four to one must be constructed. These rock dikes <br />must be continually maintained during the construction phase of the project. <br />4. Street sweeping must be undertaken and completed on an as needed basis. <br />5. Upon completion of construction and restoration of disturbed areas, the permit <br />applicant is responsible for the removal of all erosion control measures installed • <br />throughout the site. <br />6. The water quality basins must be constructed at the initial stages of construction and <br />be functional during the site grading portion of the project. <br />
