Weaver concurred with the importance of clarifying <br />the LRRWMO is a participant but not responsible as the employer. <br />Consensus was reached to direct the Administrative Secretary to draft and send this letter to <br />Chris Lord. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #96-6 -Sunfish Lake Estates - Ramsev <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the July 15, 1996, memorandum from LRRWMO Consulting Engineer Bob <br />Obermeyer regarding this request for a modification of Permit #96-6, Sunfish Lake Estates located <br />in Ramsey, for filing of 4,277 square feet of wetland area located on Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, of the <br />development. The revised Deminimis Exemption #25 of the Wetland Conservation Act permits filling <br />of up to 5,000 square feet of wetland fill applies in this case, and Obermeyer recommends approval <br />subject to two conditions. <br /> <br />Haas noted this may be a bit premature since the wetlands have not yet been verified by the ACD. • <br />He clarified the wetlands of Hunter's Hollow (previous case) had already been verified. Weaver <br />pointed out this is a condition listed for approval. <br />Motion by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve LRRWMO Permit #96-6, Sunfish Lake <br />Estates (revision), for filling of 4,277 square feet of wetland area located in Sunfish Lake <br />Estates on Lots 8 and 9, Block i, subject to: <br />1. Prior to any tilling within the wetland area, the limits of this wetland must be field <br />verified by the Anoka Conservation Act. This is required to ensure that the proposed <br />filling is less than 5,000 square feet in area. <br />2. The Army Corps of Engineers must be contacted to ensure the proposed wetland filling <br />is permissible by the Corps. <br />Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />LRRWMO Permit #96-8 - Roadway Improvements TH47 & CSAH 116/Anoka County Highway <br />Department - Anoka/Ramsey <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the July 15, 1996 memorandum from LRRWMO Consulting Engineer Bob <br />Obemieyer regarding this plans and a per;nit application for roadway improvements of T.H. 47 at . <br />C.S.A.H. 116 along the Anoka/Ramsey municipal boundary and his recommendation for approval <br />subject to five conditions. <br />
