• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes
July 18, 1996
Page 9
Schultz explained this is a County and State road improvement located within the City of Ramsey
except the water quality pond which will be within Anoka. He stated this will be a good improvement
for that area.
Motion by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to approve LRRWMO Permit #96-8 for roadway
improvements of T.H. 47 at C.S.A.H. 116 along the Anoica/ltamsey municipal boundary is
subject to:
1. The erosion control measures must be constructed at the initial stages of construction
and be maintained until all areas altered on the site have been restored.
2. The water quality basin, as proposed, must be lowered and provided a minimum of 2
feet of "dead-storage" volume for sediment storage. The basin must be constructed at
the initial stages of construction and be functional during the roadway improvements.
3. The outlets from the water quality basin must be designed to provide skimming of
floatable materials.
• 4. Upon completion of construction and restoration of disturbed areas, the permit
applicant is responsible for the removal of all erosion control measures installed
throughout the site.
5. The alignment of C.B.El-C.B.E2 must be realized to connect to C.B.E3 which will
discharge into the proposed water quality basin. Because C.B.G3 and G4 are located
downstream of the proposed water quality basin, 3-foot deep sumps must be
constructed within the catch basins to settle out the larger particulate material.
Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to adjourn the meeting. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays.
Motion carried.
Time of adjournment: 10:10 a.m.
Respectfully submitted,

Cazla With
Administrative Secretary
