• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />June 28, 1996 <br />Page 5 <br />Prepaze General Hydrologic Model: Haas reviewed the previous discussion and consensus this was <br />the City's responsibility. Discussion ensued regarding the possible need for the LRRWMO engineer <br />to review ditch drainage to assure it is constructed to meet LRRWMO standards. Consensus <br />reached to change to "Review General Hydrologic Model", include as a permit item, leave as <br />line item but since responsibility of affected City, remove funding. <br />Develop Hazardous Sill Response Plan: Lobermeier explained the need to be comfortable with <br />documentation of drainage systems to determine azeas that would need to be protected should a <br />hazardous spill occur. Haas noted that each City has that information. Weaver concurred and stated <br />he would not want anyone to assume the LRRWMO could do anything should a spill occur. <br />Consensus reached to remove line item and funding from Pian. <br />Further discussion with Lobermeier was tabled to the special meeting scheduled on July 11, <br />1996, at 2 p.m. <br />Lobermeier stated in light of the grant receipt, he intends to again approach the LRRWMO to request <br />• an increase due to the longer review process and agency review. Lobermeier recommitted that SEH <br />will finish the Plan, either way. <br />Weaver noted the SEH billing totals exceed the not-to-exceed contact amount. Lobermeier explained <br />then billing process is as an hourly rate and does not recognize the request to bill only up to the 90% <br />level. He stated if the LRRWMO desires to hold a 10% retaining, they can do so by how they pay <br />the invoices. Ferguson pointed out that SEH has already been paid more than 90%. Lobermeier <br />clarified SEH has invoiced up to $500 of the contract amount - it does not show what has been paid. <br />SEPTEMBER 19. 1996 MEETING LOCATION <br />Weaver advised the LRRWMO has been invited to hold the September 19, 1996 meeting at new the <br />Hokanson/Anderson facility and to view the two ponds recently constructed. <br />Consensus reached. <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMiINICATIONS <br />Review Correspondence in Chair's Folder <br />Jankowski reviewed the correspondence and notices contained in the Chair's Folder. <br />Informational; no action required. <br />
