Inc. - Dewaterin Pg ennit <br />Schultz reviewed their work to lower the water level to construct utilities. Consensus was reached <br />that the LRRWMO has no comments on this project. <br />Kadlec Excavatine of Mora. Inc. - Dewatering Permit <br />Jankowski reviewed their request for a dewatering permit for installation of sanitary sewer system <br />in the City of Ramsey. Consensus was reached that the LRRWMO has no comments on this <br />project. <br />City of Ramsey -Protected Waters Permit <br />Jankowski reviewed the request for a Protected Waters Permit to construct Sunwood Drive NW road <br />crossing by placement of fill and construction of a 100 foot long bridge. Consensus was reached <br />that the LRRWMO has no comment on this project. <br />Nature's Edge -Coon Rapids • <br />Ferguson updated that the DNR has now claimed responsibility for the portion of property between <br />the two wetlands which raised concern with the LRRWMO. Thus, Stanton had to apply to the DNR <br />for a pernut. Discussion ensued regarding the need for the DNR to apply their standards equally. <br />Baas was briefly excused from the meeting to call the DNR. lie returned and advised the DNR will <br />be requesting LRRWMO comment. <br />Informational; no action required at this time. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />First Ouarter 1996 Reports -Anoka and Coon Rapids <br />The LRRWMO reviewed the first quarter 1996 report submitted by Anoka and the projects that are <br />100% completed (LRRWMO Permits #93-12 Peninsula Poim Park; #94-10 Royal Engineering; #94- <br />11 Carbide Tool; #95-06 Cooper Sales; and #95-09 First Team Sports). <br />Schultz advised the City of Anoka has submitted additional funds to cover the shortage on Permit <br />#96-02, AEP 3rd Addition. <br />Motion by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the City of Anoka First Quarter 1996 <br />Report, as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
