OLD BUSINESS -None • NEW BUSINESS LRRWMO Permit #96-02 -Anoka Enterorise Park 3rd Addition -City of Anoka The LRRWMO reviewed the March 19, 1996 memorandum from Bob Obermeyer, Barr Engineering, indicating his review of the plans and application for the construction of an entrance road from CR 116 to Lot 3, Block 1, Anoka Enterprise Pazk 3rd Addition, which proposes to fill 4,041 squaze feet of wetland with replacement of 58,595 squaze feet of wetland on-site. The additional wetland area is to be placed in a wetland bank to be established and used for future development. It was noted that at this time, Obermeyer is requesting authorization to begin the notification process to publish notice in the EQB Monitor and send it to the Conservation Act mailing list, as required by the WCA. It was noted that action cannot take place for a minimum of 30 days after the notification has been published/given. John Harwood, engineer, reviewed details of the project and stated there maybe 20 to 30 yards of fill so they intend to bank the fill which may be purchased by Anoka County when needed for the roadway. Jankowski questioned the need for water treatment prior to discharge. Following discussion, consensus was reached that a sedimentation pond will be required since there is more than one . acre of impervious surface as required by the PCA.
