• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />December 18, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br />Pavment of Bills -October and November <br />Knutson presented the payment of bills for the months of October and November as follows: <br />Timesaver for $170.22 and $163.26, Ban Engineering for $238.00 (100% permits) and $551.18 <br />(100% permits), and SEH for $1,000.00 (retainage). <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to authorize payment to Timesaver for <br />$170.22 and $163.26 and Barr Engineering for $238 and $551.18. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Motion carried. <br />Permit Refunds <br />Jankowski reported that the City of Anoka has requested permit refunds. for the following permits:.. __ <br />#93-09 Weston Woods; #94-04 Lund Manufacturing; #95-11 Anoka Enterprise Park (Phase 4, <br />Grading); #95-12 McKinley Park Addition; #95-21 McKinley Business Center; #96-02 Industry <br />Avenue (Magnesium Pond); #96-10 I{imm Company; and #97-02 Amcon Marketing LLC. <br />• Haas inquired regazding the term "substantially complete." Schultz explained that it might just be that <br />some of the sod has not been laid but would not create an erosion problem. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to authorize refunds for the LRRWMO <br />Permits as requested by the City of Anoka and presented by Jankowski. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Motion carried. <br />1997 WCA Block Grant Reimbursement <br />Knutson requested members submit documentation on costs which can be reimbursed through the <br />$3,250 matching WCA Grant. He advised that Anoka has submitted their costs and requested this <br />information prior to the end of the year so a submittal can be made. <br />Haas stated the Andover information is being worked on and will be submitted within days. <br />1998 WCA Block Grant Renewal <br />Knutson noted the letter from Chris Lord of the Anoka Conservation District (ACD) regazding <br />involvement in the 1998 WCA Block grant and the need to inform the ACD if the LRRWMO wishes <br />to continue participation. <br />Motion was made by Schultz, seconded by Ferguson, to approve the Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the Anoka Conservation District and the LRRWMO and authorize <br />its execution. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
