LRRWMO Meeting Minutes • <br />July 17, 1997 <br />Page 5 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #97-OS -AEC Enerev Park - Ramsev <br />Jankowski noted the July 3, 1997 memorandum from Bob Obermeyer, Barr Engineering, indicating <br />the receipt of a Wetland Replacement Plan Application for wetland filling for AEC Energy Park, Lot <br />1, Block 2, in Ramsey. It was noted this notification was sent to the Wetland Conservation Act <br />mailing list. Jankowski reported the comment period expires at 5:00 p.m. today, July 17, 1997, and <br />he and Obermeyer recommend no action be taken until the next meeting. <br />Weaver noted the proposal presented by AEC was of a speculative nature. Jankowski stated this is <br />correct. Weaver noted if a Buyer wants a different type of development (than what was presented), <br />then different considerations would be made. Jankowski agreed that a prospective Buyer would need <br />to be made aware that if they want something else, they would have to go through the entire process <br />again. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ottensmann, to adjourn the meeting.
