• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />July 17, 1997 <br />Page 4 <br />Wetland Appropriation Permit -Tower Pond 3rd Addition -Anoka <br />Jankowski reviewed the request of F.M. Frattalone Excavating for a Water Appropriation Permit to <br />dewater for utility installation in Tower Pond 3rd Addition. <br />No objection indicated. <br />Apple Ridee -Ramsey <br />Jankowski explained this is a 40 acre sewer and water subdivision abutting a development that does <br />not have sewer and water. He explained the controversy is that this maybe considered a "leap-frog" <br />development but 35 acres of it is included in the MUSA and the other five acres will be excluded from <br />the development. Jankowski advised the stormwater will receive sedimentation treatment prior to <br />dischazge to the wetland to the south of the development. <br />Informational; no objection indicated. <br />• BWSR -Banking Opportunities <br />Ottensmann explained that BWSR has to setup wetlands which the cities can buy into to mitigate for <br />road construction projects.
