With regazd to Option A, Weaver stated he believes the proposed walkway would cause more <br />deterioration to the wetland. <br />Jankowski agreed. <br />Schultz stated he also prefers Option B and inquired regazding how drainage will be addressed. Otto <br />noted the three ponding azeas to accommodate on-site drainage. It was noted that some of the <br />drainage maybe accommodated in the drainage azea abutting the west side of this site. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to grant concept approval of LRRWMO Permit <br />#97-05, Anoka Electric Cooperative, as presented in Option B with mitigation both on site and <br />off site and subject to review and no adverse findings from Bob Obermeyer of Barr <br />Engineering. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />A motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to adjourn the meeting. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />• Motion carried.
