. LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MARCH 20, 1997 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Due to the absence of Chair Jankowski, Vice Chairman John Weaver called the meeting to order at <br />8:30 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Todd Haas, Andover; Ben Ferguson, Coon Rapids; and John Weaver, <br />Anoka. <br />Voting member absent was Steve Jankowski, Ramsey. <br />Also present were Ray Schultz, Anoka Alternate and Pete Raattika, Woodland Development <br />Company. <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />• Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to approve the February 20, 1997 regular <br />meeting minutes as presented. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />FINANCE MATTERS <br />Treasurer's Report <br />Due to I{nutson's absence, Weaver presented the Treasurer's Statement of Cash Receipts and <br />Disbursements and the Treasurer's Report for the period ending February 28, 1997. Account <br />balances for the period were: Checking, $63,500.24; less permit account balance of ($7,391.39), for <br />a total balance of $56,108.85. <br />Motion was made by Haas, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Treasurer's Report for the <br />period ending February 28,1997. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carved. <br />Payment of Bills <br />Weaver presented the payment of bills for Timesaver for $197.79, SEH for $1,000.00 (retainage), <br />and $77.42 from Barr Engineering ($10.50 for administrative and $66.92 for permit review). <br />Haas noted the adjustments made by Ban Engineering to permits which he questioned at the last <br />• meeting. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Weaver, to authorize payment to Timesaver for <br />$197.79 and Barr Engineering for $77.42. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />
