J' <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes . <br />January 16, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Weaver, to authorize payment to Timesaver for <br />$182.28, Barr Engineering for $540.06, League of Mn Cities for $2,292.00, and City of Anoka <br />for $83.64. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Grant Reimbursement Total <br />Knutson advised that a reimbursement request of $2,310.13 was submitted and a check has already <br />been received from the ACD in that amount. <br />1997 Wetland Conservation Act Grant -Memo of Understandin <br />Jankowski advised he received and signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Anoka <br />Conservation District (ACD) and LRRWMO (the deadline for submittal was 7anuary 13, 1997). <br />Knutson advised he has received a copy of the signed agreement and noted the grant is in the amount <br />of $1,850. <br />Refund Permit Fund Balances • <br />Jankowski advised that the following LRRWMO Permits/projects have ben reviewed and found to <br />be substantially complete: #93-02, Amber Ridge; #93-08, Wood Pond Hills; #93-11, Chestnut Ridge; <br />#94-02, Riverwick; #94-08, Ramsey Sports Center; #94-15, Section 22 Ditch Drainage Project; <br />#95-02, Ramsey Elementary School Site Plan; #95-13, Ramsey Elementary Sewer and Water <br />Extension; #95-14, SuperAmerica; #95-18, Command Corporation; and #95-22, Anoka Electric <br />Utilities Transmission Line. <br />Ferguson advised that the following LRRWMO Permits/project has been reviewed and found to be <br />substantially complete: #95-8, Park Road Control Structure. <br />Schultz advised the following LRRWMO Permit/projects have been reviewed and found to be <br />substantially complete: #95-11, AEP (Phase 4) Grading; and #95-17, Rainbow Signs. He suggested <br />that in the future, requests for refund of permit fund balances be submitted on a quarterly basis. <br />It was noted that in December, Haas had requested a refund of the following LRRWMO Permits: <br />#92-3, Anoka County Highway Department; #93-3, Anoka County Highway Department; #93-5, <br />Randy Pederson; #94-6, Kelsey Round Lake Pazk (City of Andover); #94-13, Chazles Stone; #95-1, <br />Kuicken; and #95-15, Warta. Haas suggested that Bob Obermeier also receive copies of these refund <br />requests so he is aware the projects have been closed out. <br />Knutson concurred and stated he will verify with Obermeier that there is no work remaining. It was • <br />noted that the $50 administrative fee is deducted "up front." <br />
