w. . <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes • <br />January 16, 1997 <br />Page 6 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />LRRWMO Permit #96-15 -Timber River Estates <br />Haas recommended consideration of LRRWMO Permit #96-15 be tabled because neither the City <br />nor Barr Engineering has had time for adequate review. He advised this project will also require a <br />DNR permit and involves mitigation as well. Haas estimated it will be several months before this <br />project is ready for review. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to table LRRWMO Permit #96-15 until further <br />notice. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Second Generation Plan Update <br />7ankowski read a memo received from Mark Lobermeier, SEH, providing an update on submittal of <br />the updated Plan for agency review and explaining why it maybe necessary to update the 7PA. <br />Ferguson inquired what authority BW SR has regarding the JPA. Schultz agreed this method is not • <br />right. Ferguson noted they do not want the taxing authority involved in the JPA. <br />Haas pointed out that the LRRWMO just recently approved its 7PA. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />A motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson to adjourn the meeting.
