a •y <br />• LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />January 16, 1997 <br />Page 5 <br />Jankowski raised the option of constructing the causeway on the other side (shallow side) of the river. <br />Weaver explained the Hennepin County side needs to be removed first because the Anoka County <br />side of the bridge is needed for construction activities during the entire project, including removal of <br />the temporary bridge. <br />Jankowski noted the LRRWMO is also concerned regarding water quality during installation, <br />construction, and removal. <br />The LRRWMO directed the Administrative Secretary to send a copy of these meeting minutes to the <br />DNR in response to their Request for Comment to assure that the LRRWMO concerns are properly <br />addressed. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />First, Second, and Third Quarter 1996 Reports -Coon Rapids <br />• Ferguson presented the First, Second, and Third Quarter 1996 Reports for Coon Rapids. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to accept the Coon Rapids First, Second, and Third <br />Quarter 1996 Reports as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Fourth Ouarter 1996 Reports -Andover, Anoka & Coon Rapids <br />Ferguson presented the Fourth Quarter 1996 Report for Coon Rapids. Schultz presented the Fourth <br />Quarter 1996 Report for Anoka. It was noted that the Ramsey Fourth Quarter 1996 Report was <br />submitted and accepted at the December 16, 1996 meeting. <br />Motion by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to accept the Anoka and Coon Rapids Fourth Quarter <br />1996 Reports as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Haas presented the. Fourth Quarter 1996 Report for Andover. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to accept the Andover Fourth Quarter 1996 Report <br />as submitted. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays.
