WHEREAS, on June 24, 1986, the City Council conf irmed <br />the original alignment of Gateway North Industrial Airport as <br />identified in the airport master plan; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 7, 1 986 , the City Council approved <br />contracts for engineering services for the preparation of <br />environmental impact assessment report, preapplication, and land <br />acquisition program. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That based on the previously stated events, current <br />status of Gateway North Industrial Airport, and information <br />currently available, the City Council of Ramsey will proceed with <br />the necessary action to acquire and develop Gateway North <br />Industrial Airport in accordance with Ramsey's current airport <br />master plan and all relevant laws and regulations. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Mayor Reimann <br />Councilmember Cox <br />Councilmember DeLuca <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of October, 1986. <br />ATTEST Mayor <br />*/ <br />City Administrator <br />✓ r <br />1 <br />24 <br />Resolution #86-167 <br />Pa. o <br />10-9 <br />
