Lead Time Analysis <br />No displacee will be required to relocate without a minimum of 90 <br />days notice. The 90 day notice to vacate will not be given until the <br />displaced person has been given a referral to a suitable comparable <br />relocation resource. The 90 day notice will not be given until such <br />time as the sponsor either owns or has control of the property. <br />Because the displacees are located in a "Clear Zone" area the project <br />activities will allow ample time to effect relocation. No restraints <br />will be placed on the displacees. <br />Methods to be Used to Help Displaced Persons Relocate <br />General <br />Relocation advisory services will be provided by personal contact <br />under the requirements of the Uniform Act and implementing <br />regulations. Assistance will be offered to: <br />1. All persons occupying property to be acquired. <br />2. All persons occupying property immediately <br />adjacent to the real property acquired if the <br />sponsor determines that such person or persons are <br />caused substantial economic injury because of the <br />acquisition. <br />3. All persons who, because of the acquisition of <br />real property used for a business or farm <br />operation, moves his personal property from such <br />other real property. <br />Advisory Services <br />The relocation advisory service will include, as a minimum, such <br />measures, facilities or services as may be necessary or appropriate <br />to: <br />1. Discuss and explain the services available, <br />relocation payments and the eligibility <br />requirements. <br />2. Assist the displaced persons to complete <br />applications required for payments. <br />3.
