Supply information concerning Federal and State <br />housing programs and other programs offering <br />assistance to displaced persons. <br />7. Provide other advisory services to displaced <br />persons in order to minimize hardships to such <br />persons in adjusting to a new location. <br />The amount of the advisory services and the extent will be <br />administered on a reasonable basis commensurate with the displaced <br />persons needs. <br />No displacement problems are anticipated. Our investigation <br />indicates that adequate comparable relocation resources are available <br />and are sufficient to meet the needs of the project displacees. In <br />the event that a sufficient number of replacement dwellings are not <br />available a "Last Resort Housing" project will be programmed if the <br />airport project is to proceed. A "Last Resort Housing" project will <br />authorize the sponsor to make housing available through purchase and <br />or construction with the aid of Federal financial assistance. <br />The project will not disrupt an established community and there <br />will be no impact on the human environment as it relates to racial, <br />ethnic, age and income considerations. <br />NOTICE OF RIGHT TO APPEAL <br />All eligible displaced persons will be furnished with a written <br />notice of their right to appeal and their procedures for making such <br />appeal. The procedures for appeal will be established by the Sponsor <br />and approved by the Federal Aid to Airports Official. <br />
