I C.
R. #56 and directly west of the crosswind runway would have to be
relocated.
'
Presently, a number of single - family residential homes exist within
Zones A and B of runway 16 -34 but outside the Clear Zone areas. These
'
existing residences, if not meeting the minimum airport land use zoning
standards, would be undesirable. No future business or residential
development would be permitted within Zone A which would have a signifi-
cant effect in the business zone along U. S. #10, #52, and #169 and, the
residentially platted areas along C. R. #56 in the north approach area.
Zone B does allow dwellings and limited commercial activities in
accordance with a site area to building plot area ratio as outlined
I
previously. In the south approach area, Zone B overlaps already
platted commercial and residential properties. The zoning restrictions
in this area will have the impact of increasing the lot sizes to
accommodate people at a ratio not to exceed 15 times the site acreage
which would appear to place severe limitations on the existing and
future development of this area.
Zone B of the northwest approach area overlays several housing developments
and the present density would exceed the Zone B restrictions. Although
the lots west of County Road #56 are large, the ratio of the building area
to the site area would not meet the ordinance requirements. The houses
18
