to be removed from within the primary surface area and the clear zones for <br />both runways would be limited to McGregor's Restaurant, the sawdust and <br />shaving company, and the farmstead west of the existing crosswind runway <br />on the west side of County Road #56. <br />The only existing developments within Zone B of the southeast approach <br />area are a mobile home park and a mobile home sales lot, the latter of <br />which would be a permissible land use. Zone B of the northwest approach <br />' area includes an existing housing development with lots not large enough <br />to conform to the zoning restrictions. Future developments on prime lands <br />within the Clear Zone and Zones A and B would not be allowed at all or would <br />be seriously restricted with this Runway 14 -32 alignment as was the case with <br />' the other alternatives considered in this study. <br />' Again considering the listed factors, the reorientation of the primary <br />' runway to the Runway 14 -32 alignment on the existing airport site does <br />not appear to provide a feasible and acceptable airport facility. <br />1 <br />22 <br />
