to be removed from within the primary surface area and the clear zones for
both runways would be limited to McGregor's Restaurant, the sawdust and
shaving company, and the farmstead west of the existing crosswind runway
on the west side of County Road #56.
The only existing developments within Zone B of the southeast approach
area are a mobile home park and a mobile home sales lot, the latter of
which would be a permissible land use. Zone B of the northwest approach
' area includes an existing housing development with lots not large enough
to conform to the zoning restrictions. Future developments on prime lands
within the Clear Zone and Zones A and B would not be allowed at all or would
be seriously restricted with this Runway 14 -32 alignment as was the case with
' the other alternatives considered in this study.
' Again considering the listed factors, the reorientation of the primary
' runway to the Runway 14 -32 alignment on the existing airport site does
not appear to provide a feasible and acceptable airport facility.
1
22
