d. A building plot shall be a single, uniform and noncontrived
area, whose shape is uncomplicated and whose area shall not
exceed the minimum ratio with respect to the total site area
as described in the model ordinance.
e. The following uses are specifically prohibited in Zone B:
Churches, hospitals, schools, theaters, stadiums, hotels
and motels, trailer courts, campgrounds, and other places
of frequent public or semipublic assembly."
Zone C:
Zone C is subject only to height restrictions that would potentially
interfere with radio communications between aircraft and airport
control facilities and visual approach to the airport site.
The restriction of both the Clear Zone and overlapping Zone A make
these areas very restrictive as to their use. There can be no residential
building or places of business except for agriculture and the other
ground level passive activities. Zone B is less restrictive, makes
residential occupancy possible but only one residence for every three
acres. Business activity could be carried out but only when a limited
number. of people are engaged in the activity.
Each site will be examined for potential conformance.
IV.
