D. Attend and present appropriate study information at the public <br />meeting, two meetings with the Airport Commission, at the <br />meeting with the City Council, the day of the Hearing (pre- <br />hearing) and at the Public Hearing. (Total of 5 meetings) <br />E. Respond to comments and/or take appropriate actions in <br />response to comments from review or at the Public Hearings. <br />This level of effort shall be consistent with the allocation <br />of hours outlined in Exhibit A. Substantial effort beyond the <br />hours outlined shall be performed as an additional service. <br />F. Provide 10 copies of the preliminary engineering (justifica- <br />tion and costs) report and assist with preapplication for AIP <br />funds for land acquisition. <br />G. Provide survey services for airport property surveys to aid <br />with acquisition and preapplication efforts. <br />H. Provide 55 copies of the relocation plan which shall be <br />approvable to all participating agencies and in accordance <br />with State and local laws and the Federal Uniform Relocation <br />Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act. <br />I. Provide a cost estimate of the land acquisition program and <br />relocation program for the AIP preapplication. <br />J. Conduct all Phase I relocation/acquisition activities in <br />accordance with the Uniform Act. <br />K. The following services have not been included in the scope of <br />work and may or may not be required of the Engineer. If <br />required, they shall be provided as additional services with <br />an amendment to this agreement: <br />o Assist with preparation of DBE (MBE/WBE) program. <br />o Additional meetings. <br />o Assist with revising building code standards and zoning <br />ordinance to meet MC land use compatibility guidelines. <br />o Detailed implementation plan for noise abatement (MC). <br />o Historic and archaeological survey. <br />o Extensive work on cemetery if determination of adverse <br />affect is made by State Historic Preservation officer <br />and FAA agrees. <br />o Other services as may be requested which are not <br />identified herein and in Exhibit A. <br />II. Payment for Engineering Services <br />Payment for the engineering services required for completion <br />shall be accomplished on the basis of the actual cost, using <br />hourly rates, and with a fixed fee of $6,105.73 plus reimburse- <br />able expenses, the total not to exceed $59,585.00 unless an <br />amendment to this agreement is approved by the participating <br />agencies. The basis for payment is presented in attached Exhibit <br />A. <br />
