Work Schedule and Budget. <br />(1) Identification of the scope of the study and its major <br />components. <br />(2) Description of the anticipated format of the end project. <br />(3) Identification of the area to be studied, as well as the <br />appropriate geo-political area encompassing the study area. <br />(4) Description of the job activities needed to accomplish the scope <br />of the study and its components. <br />(5) Specification of each of the following factors for each compo- <br />nent of the study. <br />(i) Approach and techniques to be used. <br />(ii) Assessment of data and studies already available. <br />(iii) Resource requirements in terms of man-hours by types of <br />disciplines. <br />(iv) Allocation of work between the sponsor, consultants, and <br />others. <br />(v) Time schedule. <br />(vi) Costs. <br />(vii) Scope of funds. <br />c. Organization and Procedures. <br />(1) Description of the organizational structure delineating the <br />composition of the policy body; who is to do the technical planning; who is <br />to provide advice and coordination, including a breakdown of the participating <br />and nonparticipating elements. This may result from extensive consultation <br />with all involved parties. <br />(2) The extent of financial and in -kind or service contributions <br />by members. <br />(3) Staffing requirements. <br />2 <br />
