b. Purchase of a Mobile Home and Site or Con- ventional Dwelling. If the displaced tenant pur- chases a replacement dwelling, the replacement housing payment will be determined in accordance with the guides described in paragraph 94b, except that the amount of the downpayment will be deter- mined by the Sponsor as the amount required as a downpayment on the purchase of a comparable mobile home and site. c. Purchase of a Mobile Home and Rents Site. If the displaced tenant purchases a mobile home and locates it on a rented site, the replacement housing payment will be the actual downpayment on the mdbile home plus 48 times the monthly dif- ference between the actual rent on the site from which the tenant was displaced and the lesser of: (1) The actual rent paid for the replacement mobile home site; or (2) The amount the Sponsor has determined as necessary to rent a comparable mobile home site. d. Rental of a Mobile Home and Site or Con- ventional Dwelling. If the displaced tenant rents a replacement dwelling, the payment will be 48 times the monthly difference between the actual rent for the mobile home and site from which the tenant was displaced an the lesser of: (1) The actual rent paid for the replacement living unit; or (2) The amount the sponsor has determined as necessary to rent a comparable mdbile home and site. 118. REPLACEMENT HOUSING PAY- MENTS TO TENANTS OF CONVENTIONAL DWELLINGS FOR 90 DAYS OR MORE WHO RELOCATE INTO MOBILE HOMES. 70 a. General. A displaced tenant who has occu- pied a conventional dwelling fn>m which displace- ment occurs for at least 90 consecutive days imme- diately before the initiation of negotiation for the property or the issuance of a written notice to ac- quire the property by a definit date, and who is otherwise eligible under guides described in para- graph 96a, is eligible for a replacement housing pay- ment not to exceed $4,000. b. Purchase of a Mobile Home and Site. If the displaced tenant purchases a mobile home and site, the procedure for determining the downpayment will be the same as described in paragraph 116b. c. Purchase of a Mobile Hoirte and Rents Site. If the tenant occupant purchases a mobile home and locates it on a rented site the procedure for determining the replacement housing payment will be the same as described in par tgraph 116c except that the tenant's actual rent on the property from which displacement occurs wi 1 be used in the computation. d. Rental of Mobile Home and Site. If the dis- placed tenant rents a mobile home and site, the pro- cedure for determining the rent supplement will be the same as described in paragraph 116d except that the tenant's actual rent on the property from which displacement occurs win be used in the computation. 119. HOUSEBOATS. The ownership and rental status for houseboats is basically the same as that for mobile homes. When a houseboat is relocated and the displaced person is otherwise eligible to re- ceive relocation payments, suclpayments will be determined in conformance wi h the appropriate mobile home ownership or tem mt situation as de- scribed in the foregoing paragra phs in this chapter. 120-129 RESERVED. • • 1
