AC 150/5100-10A <br />4/13/76 <br />e. Copy of purchase option and a copy of the closing statement for <br />each parcel acquired by negotiation. For settlements different <br />from the approved amount, adequate support for the amount paid <br />shall be provided. <br />f. Original deeds or easements, or certified true copies, showing <br />recording information. <br />g. Record of rental income derived from leasing of structures or <br />facilities acquired with land. <br />h. Record of sales or other disposition of crops, timber, structures, <br />or facilities acquired with land. <br />i. Plots of subdivisions, and/or area maps, if these are necessary to <br />show the location and boundary lines of the several parcels and <br />their relationship, before the taking, to roads, highways, and <br />adjacent ownerships, also their relationship to the airport <br />boundary. <br />j. Invoices and vouchers to support each item of claimed incidental <br />land costs, identifying the particular parcel of land to which <br />each charge relates. <br />k. Evidence of all payments, including paid checks or warrants. <br />1. Statement of just compensation. <br />m. Justification for land costs paid which are significantly above <br />or below the established just compensation. <br />n. Legal fees incidental to land acquisition should identify the <br />parcel or former landowner, the nature of the service, the hours <br />applied, the dates of services rendered, and the rate per hour. <br />o. Record of relocation payments as discussed in Chapter 7. <br />32. LAND CREDITS. Generally, the amount claimed as a project cost will be <br />the actual purchase price paid for the land, reduced by credits such <br />as the following: <br />a. Revenue from sale of crops grown in years subsequent to the year <br />in which the land was acquired. <br />b. The value or revenue from sale of timber acquired with land or, <br />if not sold, its estimated net value except where the timber is to <br />remain standing for reasons considered valid by FAA, Such as sound <br />absorption, environmental purposes, etc. <br />Page 16 <br />Chap 3 <br />Par 31 <br />
