y
Mr. Donald M. Greenberg
Anoka Industrial Park
c/o Greenberg's, Inc.
6415 Highway 10 Northwest
Anoka, Minnesota 55303
Dear Mr. Greenberg:
An inspection of the site of the proposed "Anoka Industrial
Airport" on November 11, 1971, showed that a NNW/SSE landing strip, meeting
the state's minimum standards of length and approach clearances can
be constructed on the site provided a high power line located between
the railroad tracks and the south property line is removed and that a
large tree on private property in the NNW approach is topped to about
the height of adjacent trees.
Approval will be dependent on grading and smoothing the landing
stip to standards described in the Rules and Regulations for Airports,
of which you have a, copy, and the meeting of all other requirements
set forth in these regulations. If these standards are met, and if
FAA airspace approval is received, as well as a letter of nonobjection
from the Metropolitan Airports Commission, a public airport license
will be issued.
Sincerely yours,
