CRITERIA. Sanitary landfills will be considered as an incompatible <br />useiflocated within areas established for the airport through the <br />application of the following criteria: <br />a. Landfills located within 10,000 feet of any runway used or planned <br />to oe-used by turbojet aircraft. <br />b. Landfills located within 5,000 feet of any runway used only by <br />piston type aircr?fr. <br />c. Landfills outside of the above perimeters but within the conical <br />surfaces described by FAR Part 77 and applied to an airport will <br />be reviewed on a case -by -case basis. <br />d. Any landfill located such that it places the runways and/or <br />approach and departure patterns of an airport between bird <br />feeding, water, or roosting areas. <br />WILLIAM V.
