Mr. Sentyrz further questions the ability of'the City to attract <br />industrial development. The City has and continues to pursue <br />achieving a balance among residential, commercial, and industrial use <br />in the Community. Improving the airport is but one facet of the <br />City's program to attract a broader economic and tax base for the <br />Community. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Review with the Airport Commission and Airport Zoning Board whether it <br />would be desireable to restrict future non -compatible uses defined in <br />Section VB-3e of the proposed Ordinance on the existing platted but <br />undeveloped parcels. <br />8 <br />
