Zone C prohibits specific types of use (primarily directed <br />at landfills, dust, smoke or steam emissions) as do Zones <br />A and B. <br />7. The ordinance allows for the erection of a structure conforming <br />to the use regulations of the respective safety zones <br />regardless of lot size on any lot of record prior to adoption <br />of the ordinance. <br />8.
