City of Ramsey <br />15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 • (612) 427-1410 <br />April 7, 1987 <br />Mr. Oren Burckhardt <br />Airports Engineer <br />Airports District Office <br />6301 - 34th Avenue <br />Minneapolis, MN 55450 <br />RE: Gateway North Industrial Airport Basic Agreement Review <br />Dear Mr. Burckhardt: <br />I have reviewed the "Basic Agreement" for Engineering Services Between <br />the City of Ramsey and Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and have <br />reached the following conclusions: <br />—There is no change in the projected allocation of hours or <br />costs reflected in Supplemental Agreement Phase I. <br />—There is no change in the scope of services to be provided in <br />Supplemental Agreement Phase I. <br />—The format of the terms and conditions contained within the <br />"Basic Agreement" has been changed to provide clarity and an <br />acceptable structure to this and future contract documents. <br />—A section has been added to specify the term of the "Basic <br />Agreement" and any subsequent supplemental agreements. <br />Based on my review, I recommend that the reviewing agencies (FAA and <br />Mn/DOT) approve the Gateway North Industrial Airport Basic Agreement <br />HAA-1 for Engineering Services Airport Improvements Program for the <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota Between the City of Ramsey and <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and Supplemental Agreement Phase I <br />to the Agreement for Engineering Services for Airport Improvements at <br />Gateway North Industrial Airport. <br />Very truly yours, <br />„fi <br />,/ zi <br />'David R.
