AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br />TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />AIRPORT MASTER PLAN STUDY AND AIRPORT ZONING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AND <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />This Amendment to the above Agreement for Engineering Services dated <br />February 28, 1984 is an integral part of the aforesaid basic <br />agreement. <br />The above Agreement authorized the work of Phases la, lb and 2 - <br />Airport Master Plan Study, Public Participation, and Airport Zoning. <br />Phases la and lb were completed in 1985. This Amendment authorizes <br />additional work on Phase 2 - Airport Zoning. <br />Additional work for Phase 2 is to be accomplished on the basis of the <br />actual cost, using hourly rates, the total not to exceed $1630.00, <br />unless an amendment to this agreement is approved by the participating <br />agencies. Such amendment shall indicate the basis for the cost in- <br />crease over the above "not -to -exceed" total.
