3 <br />AIRPORT OJNMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANCEA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Airport Commission was conducted on Wednesday, <br />August 21, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W„ <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mr. Jack Ippe1, Chairman <br />Mr. Don Greenberg <br />Mr. Ron Erickson <br />Mr. John Seibert <br />Mr. Don Stauffer <br />Mr. Dennis Donovan <br />Mr. Steve Larsen <br />Mr. Dick Sieber <br />Also Present: Mr. Harland Otto, Hakanson Anderson & Associates <br />Manbers Absent: Mr. Chuck Soderholm <br />CALL MD ORDER <br />Chairman Ippel called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Commission consensus was to accept the agenda as sutmitted. <br />frxeITS_ST,(Yi_ nn5rwRsq <br />Case 41; j iving ()f Rpguipr fl nisSinn RLRinp,%,c <br />It was the consensus of the Airport Commission to waive regular Ctmmission <br />business in order to proceed with the public hearing.on the airport master <br />study. <br />Case 42: Conduct Public Hearing On Airport Master Plan Study: <br />Chairman Ippe1 stated that two years ago City Council established the Airport <br />Commission to address the issue of whether or not privately owned Gateway North <br />Industrial Airport should become a municipal facility. There were many <br />questions that could not be expertly answered and a decision was made to enter <br />into a contract for an airport master plan with the financial participation <br />from the State Department of Transportation Aeronautical Division.
