Based on that input, Staff is requesting that the development <br />have at least 50% private open and green space. The development shows 64 % open and <br />green space. City Ordinances also require that at least 10% of the open space be in an <br />identifiable area. The proposed site plan meets this requirement <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Architectural Standards: Building elevations have been provided. Exterior materials of <br />the townhouse units will consist of vinyl siding and the roofs will have asphalt shingles. The <br />exterior materials for the proposed cottages meet City Code requirements. At the City <br />Council meeting, a color rendering of the units will need to be presented. <br /> <br />17. Utilities: A detailed utility plan is being addressed as part of the plat review. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />REU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge that is applicable to <br />the proposed development. The total quarterly drainage utility charge for the proposed <br />cottages area will be provided at the time the City receives the necessary information. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Development Permit: A Development Permit has been prepared for development which <br />covers the roles and responsibilities of the developer making site plan improvements. <br />Specifically, the Development Permit will cover the installation of private roads and <br />landscaping. A financial surety in the amount of 150% of these improvements will be <br />required to be submitted as part of the Development Permit.~ A copy of the Development <br />Permit is attached. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2003, at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station #2, to review your site plan.
