-206- Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-02-055 RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF PROPERTY FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DEVELOPMENT FACT #0643 TO REZONE CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL TO PLANNED UNIT WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 (Zoning Amendments) and 9.20.31 (Planned Unit Development) of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That LTR Land Development, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property from R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development. That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of the City Code on February 6, 2003 and said public hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3. That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: That part of Government Lot 3 in Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, 'Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the plats of Chestnut Hill 4th Addition and Chestnut Hill 5th Addition, and southerly of the plat of Sunfish Lake Estates. And that part of Government Lot 2 in Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly and southeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of said Government Lot 2 with the center line of Sunwood Drive NW per Document No. 1226775, as recorded at the Anoka County Recorder's Office; thence .westerly along said center line to the intersection with the easterly extension of the north line of Sunfish Lake Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence westerly along said northerly line extended to the most easterly comer of said Sunfish Lake Estates; thence southwesterly along the easterly line of said Sunfish Lake Estates to the south line of said Government Lot 2 and there terminating. 4.
