introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-04- RESOLUTION GRANTING REVISED FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO SUNFLOWER RIDGE WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property") WHEREAS, on March 21, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan for the proposed plat of Sunflower Ridge; and WHEREAS, on April 4, 2002, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for Sunflower Ridge and recommended proceeding to the preliminary plat stage with certain modifications to the plan; and WHEREAS, on April 11, 2002, the Park and' Recreation Commission reviewed the proposed plat of Sunflower Ridge and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and WHEREAS, on May 2, 2002, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat of Sunflower Ridge and recommended that City Council approve the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, on May 28, 2002, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Sunflower Ridge; and WHEREAS, on April 11, 2002, the Metropolitan Council approved an amendment to the 2001 City of Ramsey Comprehensive Plan to reclassify the future land use of the Subject Property from low density residential to medium density residential; and WHEREAS, on June 11, 2002, the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #02-18 to rezone the Subject Property from B-1 and B-2 Business to R-3 Urban Residential (medium density); and WHEREAS, on June 18, 2002, the Developer applied for final plat approval of Sunflower Ridge; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution #02-0%174 to approve the proposed final plat of Sunflower Ridge on July 23, 2002; and -281-
